DISK LOADING MECHANISM AND DISK DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk loading mechanism and a disk device which are suitable to miniaturization and reduction in weight and thickness. SOLUTION: The mechanism is provided with: a rail movable in accordance with a diameter of a disk by inserting the disk; a stopper arm provided freely movably along an insertion direction of the disk in accordance with movement of the rail; and a movable arm provided freely movably resisting elasticity of an elastic member by insertion of the disk coupled to the elastic member. The stopper arm is moved to a position where insertion quantity of the insertion direction of the disk is restricted by movement of the rail by insertion of the disk, and the movable arm has such constitution that the disk is moved by elasticity of the elastic member by inserting the disk by the prescribed quantity.
