PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic latent image developing toner excellent in chargeability and transferability even when used in a low-speed through high-speed process, free of variation in offset occurrence temperature even in oilless fixing, and excellent in long-term cleanability of residual toner on a photoreceptor in blade cleaning, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same and an electrostatic latent image developer. SOLUTION: The electrostatic latent image developing toner containing at least a binder resin, a colorant and a release agent has a volume average particle diameter within a range of 5-8μm, a shape factor SF1 within a range of 125-140 and a value of cumulative 90% of an arithmetic average height distribution within a range of 0.15-0.25μm.
