PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe polylactic acid resin composition which show a high flexibility, transparency and moldability, can be prepared at a relatively low cost, has no influence on the environment etc. and is excellent in biodegradability. SOLUTION: The polylactic acid resin composition comprises (A) a polylactic acid resin and (B) cashew nutshell liquid and/or a hydrogenated product of the cashew nutshell liquid.
