<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cured film, a light diffusing film, a heat conductive film, an electroconductive film or a cured film capable of being applied as a polarizing element which is a cured film having anisotropy in physical properties with respect to light, heat, electricity and the like, by forming a film alone utilizing characteristics of the cured film or forming the cured film on a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A coating solution containing dispersed fine particles having shape anisotropy is applied to the substrate to form a coating film and, after or during the orientation of the long axis direction of the dispersed fine particles in the film thickness direction of the coating film using a electric field, the coating film is cured to obtain the cured film oriented in the dispersed fine particles. As the coating liquid, a coating liquid containing an active energy beam curable component is used and it is preferable not only to orient the dispersed fine particles in the coating film but also to irradiate the coating film with active energy beam to cure the same. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
