PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice making machine securing an air flow channel of the cooling air for a condenser installed in a machine room defined at a lower part of a stoker, and increasing a capacity of the stoker while keeping a low machine height of a structure itself. SOLUTION: This auger type ice making machine 1 comprises an ice making unit 5 for making ice blocks inside of the machine room 3 defined at a lower side of an ice making machine main body 2, and a cross-flow fan 30 for the condenser to suck the cooling air for the condenser 8 constituting the ice making unit 5 from a lower face side of the machine room 3 and to discharge the air for a front face side.
