PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a conventional bio-substance detecting device for detecting a bio-substance in a specimen solution has risk such that accurate hybridization reaction is not obtained because of a defect such as a crack or the like and, in a device for preventing this defect, a probe substance fixing method is difficult and a production cost is high. SOLUTION: The bio-substance detecting device has a laminated structure wherein laminated base materials 3a and 3b comprising a polyester sheet and having a plurality of holes for exposing fixed probes 6 using a porous film, which comprises a flexible polymeric resin and can fix a probe easily, as a support (filter 2).
