PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film forming method by which a uniform film is formed and also productivity is improved.

SOLUTION: More droplets Pe are jetted to the corner part of a pixel area 6G than parts other than the corner part by a droplet jetting device 103. By such constitution, the droplets Pe are arranged near the corner part, so that the jetted droplets are rapidly wetted and spread to the corner part of the pixel area 6G. Thus, a uniform color filter is formed in the pixel area 6G.
