PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable mounting a terminal holder, after a space required for forming a conductive section on an inner substrate, is suppressed to a minimum, in an electroacoustic transducer in which a terminal holder for supporting a plurality of coil spring terminals is mounted on the inner substrate of the transducer body. SOLUTION: A positioning structure for positioning the terminal holder 44, with respect to the inner substrate 38, in a peripheral direction with respect to a central axis Ax of a microphone body 20 is provided between the internal substrate 38 and the terminal holder 44. More specifically, a positioning member 52 fixed on the inner substrate 38 is inserted into and engaged with an engaging groove 44c formed on the terminal holder 44. With this structure, the need for forming the conductive section of the internal substrate 38 in bull's-eye arrangement is eliminated, and the need for positioning a coil spring terminal 42 in the center of the inner substrate 38 is eliminated, so that the conductive section of the inner substrate 38 can be formed with a free layout.
