PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable compressor in which an oil-separator sheet is securely attached on a rotor side so as to prevent the possibility of falling out, lubricating oil and a refrigerant gas can be surely separated from each other, and provide further a method for securely attaching another sheet member to a support base. SOLUTION: The compressor comprises an electric motor element 15 having a rotor 25 and a stator 26 provided on the outside periphery of the rotor 25. The oil separator sheet 2 is attached through a slab 1 on the top surface of the rotor 25. Projections 3 are provided on the slab 1. Through holes 4 for inserting the projections 3 are made in the oil separator sheet 2 placed as another sheet member on the slab 1. The projections 3 projected from the through holes 4 of the oil separator sheet 2 are crushed to integrate the oil-separator sheet 2 with the slab 1. Recesses 5 are made on the top of the projections 3 so as to allow deformation of the projections 3 when they are crushed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
