<p>A film interpretation apparatus is provided. A general film interpretation apparatus has a problem in that a light is projected on other portions as well as a portion necessary for the interpretation such that an observer's vision is scattered. The interpretation apparatus includes: a front panel having an interpretation board on which a film to be interpreted is put; a light-emitting unit which generates a light to be projected on the film; a power unit which supplies a power, turns on or off the power, and adjusts a brightness by controlling a power supply; a shutter unit which shuts all or a portion of the light to be projected on the film from the light-emitting unit; and a case unit which receives the light-emitting unit and the shutter unit, the case unit having an opening at a front surface, such that the front panel is exposed through the opening. The film interpretation apparatus further includes one more stage interpretation boards and a clipping unit which firmly fixes the film to the interpretation board.</p>
