PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide on-vehicle apparatuses for notifying users of such kind of information as which vehicle has got into a toll road or has got out thereof in cases where two vehicles travel in group by using the toll road. SOLUTION: When information is received from an on-road ETC machine provided on an ETC gate of the toll road, an on-vehicle apparatus mounted on the other vehicle is to transmit, based on this information, information denoting that the ETC gate on the toll road has been passed through. It is determined whether or not information denoting that the other vehicle has passed through the ETC gate on the toll road is received from the on-vehicle apparatus mounted on the other vehicle (S108). When information is received from the on-vehicle apparatus mounted on the other vehicle, denoting that the ETC gate on the toll road has been passed through, occupants are notified that the other vehicle has passed through the ETC gate on the toll road (S130).
