PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple-purpose billing vendor for easily assembling and manufacturing billing vendors widely corresponding to such a type of output equipment as a copy machine or printer or facsimile equipment whose systems or formats are different according to each of companies, and a copy machine billing vendor and a printer billing vendor in embodiments to be easily assembled and embodied by using the multiple-purpose billing vendor. SOLUTION: This multiple-purpose billing vendor is configured by providing a control board with one system parallel communication interface and a three system serial communication interface in order to control it by any communication system, and integrating configuring members such as a coin selecting unit, a paper money identifying unit, a prepaid card identifying unit, a receipt issuing unit, a display unit and an RS-232C exchanging unit into units in order to make it correspond to the equipment of each company, and to select and combine those units as necessary.
