PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium supply device capable of supplying a recording medium to form image for the recording medium always stably by a recording head in an image forming device or the like. SOLUTION: This recording medium supply device is constituted in such a way that a second releasing roller 42 provided rather on the downstream side in the direction of conveyance of the recording medium than a first releasing roller 41 among at least two releasing rollers or more which release the recording medium from a whole paper roll 3 around which the recording medium P is wound has higher coefficient of friction than that of the first releasing roller.
