PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a dust preventive filter device capable of easily changing a filter, and a relief valve for relieving an abnormally high pressure air in an air chamber, without enlarging an end cap. SOLUTION: A sleevelike aperture 24 communicating the outside of the air chamber 13 with the inside thereof is formed in the end cap 18. A filter case 21 is formed as a cylinder having an open end, and has an air inlet port 30 communicating the outside of the filter case 21 with the inside thereof formed on the other end side, and further has the dust preventive filter 26 received therein. The filter case 21 is arranged in the aperture 24 so as to expose the air inlet port 30 in the air chamber 13. Further, the filter case 21 is mounted to the end portion of the aperture 24 by means of a plug housing 31 mounted into the aperture 24 from the rear side of the end cap 18, so that an O-ring 28 mounted on the outside peripheral surface of the filter case 21 is brought into close contact with a seal seat 29 formed on the end portion of the aperture 24.
