PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a view history generation security module capable of safely (securely) generating view history information in a receiving terminal, and also capable of storing and managing it, a view history generation receiving terminal, and a view history generation receiving program. SOLUTION: The view history generation security module 3 generates the view history information showing the view history of encrypted contents on the basis of the number of times of decrypting ECM-Kw or ECM-Kc for acquiring a decryption key Ks for decrypting the received encrypted contents. The view history generation security module 3 is provided with an ECM-Kw decryptor 15, an ECM-Kc decryptor 17, a view history information generator 19, a view history information database 21, and an encryptor 23.
