PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a woody molded product with good shape precision. SOLUTION: A melt of a thermoplastic resin R mixed with a phenolic resin precondensate is discharged in a yarn-like state from the nozzle orifice 4 of a die 3 and supplied so as to be mixed with woody materials W, to which a curing agent of a phenolic resin is applied by scattering and/or impregnation. The obtained woody material Mx mixed with the thermoplastic resin R is molded into a predetermined shape by press molding. The phenolic resin precondensate mixed with the melt of the thermoplastic resin R is resinified and cured by the curing agent scattered over and/or infiltrated in the woody materials W at the time of press molding to prevent the spring-back of the woody molded product.
