PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food slicer for correcting bending distortion in a cut part of cut food easy to generate at the time of a cutting work. SOLUTION: This slicer is provided with a cutting part provided with a rotary cutting blade, a food loading part for loading the cut food and a cutting thickness adjusting part having a cutting thickness adjusting plate to adjust thickness of a cut piece cut from the cut food. A cut part supporting part of the cut food provided with a supporting member for supporting the cut part of the cut food from the lower side is provided on a distal end part front surface side of the food loading part at a standby position of a cutting operation. This supporting member is provided with a supporting surface located at almost the same height as an upper surface of the distal end part of the food loading part to support the cut part of the cut food, and an arc-shaped guide surface located adjacently to a cutting edge of the supporting surface along the cutting edge by making the cutting edge end part as a starting end to protect the cutting edge.
