PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut a corner part of a rectangular hole with a bottom and a corner part between a bottom surface and a side surface to R 0.3 or less with a rotating tool. SOLUTION: The direction of a V-shaped groove is set to be inclined with a predetermined angle from a direction orthogonal to a rotary shaft of a rotating tool with a cone-shaped cutting blade, and processing is carried out while moving the rotating tool in the direction of the V-shaped groove. A cone-shaped vertical angle of the rotating tool is substantially determined as 70°32' and an angle between the direction of the V-shaped groove and the rotary shaft of the rotating tool is substantially determined as 54°44', so that a corner made by an intersection at a right angle is cut to R 0.3 or less.
