A profiled strip (3) is held in the correct position between the frame (1) and wall by an elastic spacer part (2). The spacer part is located on one side of and preferably integrally formed from the strip with its free end in contact with the wall. Part of the spacer part is made from a more elastic material than the rest of the device. The spacer part is connected to a film hinge. The profiled strip comprises an elastic band.
