PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform contents access control for each user at an AV server. SOLUTION: A remote controller 10 has a fingerprint authentication part 12 and can distinguish a user. A contents database 25 of an AV server 20 stores a plurality of AV contents, and a contents additional information database 26 stores an access rule table storing access rights set for respective users by contents. When a user accesses the contents, a CPU 22 performs control over a request from the user according to the access right set in the access rule table. When the contents are recorded in the contents database 25, the right to access the contents is set according to the contents of a default rule table where access rights to be imparted to other users are set for each user.
