PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation facility reducing noise while supplying fresh air to a power generating device. SOLUTION: In this power generation facility with the private or areal power generating device surrounded with a sound insulating wall, an air supply opening of the power generating device and the opening part of the sound insulating wall are arranged to be matched with each other, therefore, fresh air is always supplied to the power generating device, and noise escaped to the outside of the sound insulating wall can be minimized.
