PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize stabilization of hull attitude and enhancement of straight traveling property in sailing without providing a projection at a bottom. SOLUTION: A recessed part 13 for stabilizing attitude which is upwardly recessed than the ship's bottom surface is formed on a part of the ship's bottom. A front part of the hull is suppressed from being floated up by reaction force from a water surface by negative pressure generated on the recessed part 13 for stabilizing the attitude. A groove 14 for stabilizing straight traveling property in a longitudinal direction upwardly recessed than the ship's bottom surface, having groove depth being gradually deep from a front end to a rear end and having an opened rear end side is formed on a stern part of the ship's bottom. Negative pressure generated in the groove 14 for stabilizing the straight traveling property acts on a side wall part of the groove 14.
