<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently use all incineration ash generated after the incineration of a general waste as a solidifying material by incorporating a gaseous hydrogen generation suppressing agent. SOLUTION: At the time of solidifying the incineration ash generated after the incineration of the general waste, which is the incineration ash of a stoker incineration furnace or an incineration furnace of a fluid oil and uses a bottom ash or a mixture of the bottom ash with a fly ash as the object, the gaseous hydrogen generation suppressing agent is incorporated. As the gaseous hydrogen generation suppressing agent to be used, cement or an inorganic nitrate is suitable and as the inorganic nitrate, sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate, calcium nitrate are exemplified. And an additive for preventing heavy metal elution is added in the incineration ash and as the additive, sodium carbonate anhydride and boric acid is exemplified.</p> |
