The bar has a spindle (4) for actuation of bolts, integrated to an opening, and a control and locking system (1) provided for closing the opening. The system has a soleplate (2) fixed on the opening, and a lever (6) for controlling the spindle and controlled by an actuation lever (5). The system also has a cam follower (7) to cooperate with the lever (6), and elastic returning units (9).
