The present invention consists in using the papain protease enzyme that has a hydrolytic activity in polypeptides and protein complexes resulting from the ordinary cell metabolism, and cases of hyperkeratosis in the scalp and hair of human beings, where an auxiliary treatment for removing pathological corneal layers is required. Said treatment eliminates keratin plugs obstructing the pores, therefore avoiding the increase of psoriasis. The enzymatic shampoo is a special cosmetic that is used when an exhaustive scalp wash is required. Pure papain is a protein constituted by 212 amino acids, which are wound into two separate parts by a bridge that has an active place with a free thiol (SH) group. The aforesaid characteristic is substantially important since it represents the functional characteristics of the enzymatic active site, which leads to the preparation of the aforesaid formula upon using ingredients that allow said enzyme to be activated, thereby creating ideal conditions or at least functional conditions.
