Masking tape comprises (a) a temperature-resistant adhesive tape with paper base and self-adhesive composition (I); (b) masking material (II) of woven or nonwoven fabric or bondable film to which paint adheres well, bonded to (I) at the edge; and (c) a masking film (III) laminated to (I) in the same edge zone; so that (d) (III) covers (II) completely on the side of the tape with (I) and hence is behind (II) when the masking tape is stuck in place. |
