PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely easily install piping in a water supply network piping system in a multi-storied building structure. SOLUTION: Circulating water channels 11 and 12 are formed on the upper stories and lower stories of the multi-storied building structure such as a high-rise hotel, a water supply pipe 13 is installed between a water supply unit 10 and the circulating water channel 11, and a water return pipe 14 is installed between the circulating water channel 12 and the water supply unit 10. Water branching pipes 15a and 15b are vertically installed between the upper story circulating water channel 11 and the lower story circulating water channel 12, and branched pipes 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e, and 16f supplying water to the stories of the building are connected to the branched pipes 15a and 15b.
