[PROBLEMS] To provide a metal rotor wherein the occurrence of its run-out is prevented by holding, at specified shapes, the longitudinal cross sections thereof at positions after twisting is applied thereto. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] This metal rotor (1) forms a rotary brush installed near a suction port for a vacuum cleaner. The cross sections of the metal rotor (1) vertical to the longitudinal axis thereof are formed to hold them at specified shapes with specified twist angles around the longitudinal axis, and also formed continuously and spirally.
