<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the constitution of a driving device for an opening/closing body having a driving motor, an electromagnetic clutch and a reduction gear and small in size with a small number of parts. <P>SOLUTION: Rotational output torque from a driving motor 39 is transmitted to an output shaft 19 through a rotating shaft 25, a clutch mechanism 34 and the reduction gear 20 comprising a planetary roller reduction gear 23 and a planetary reduction gear 24. The clutch mechanism 34 and reduction gear 20 are disposed coaxially with the rotating shaft 25.
