PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional loop-type heat pipe wherein as it does not have a means for capturing an uncondensable gas generated in operating the loop-type heat pipe, thermal resistance of a system as a whole is increased by the accumulated uncondensable gas, a starting time is elongated, and the thermal performance is impaired. SOLUTION: This loop-type heat pipe is provided with a degassing pipe 14 communicated from the outside to the inside of an evaporator 1, and the degassing pipe 14 is opened after the uncondensable gas is sufficiently generated to capture the uncondensable gas accumulated inside of the evaporator 1.
