CUSHIONABLE TILE CARPET WITH EXCELLENT SAFETY AGAINST BURNING AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tile carpet which can minimize the generation the poisonous gas during the combustion along with a proper cushionability. SOLUTION: The generation of the poisonous gas at the initial combustion can be lowered by laminating a cushion layer which is the combination of a urethane layer with a certain thickness and elasticity in compression and a polyester nonwoven fiber layer and using an amorphous olefin polymer composition as an intermediate resin layer having a reinforcing layer inserted thereinto, thereby obtaining a tile carpet with a moderate cushionablility and stable dimensions.
