PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirrer with easy cleaning, inspection, exchange and repairing of a stirring impeller. SOLUTION: A bottom part 7 and a straight body part 5 of a stirring vessel are divided, the bottom part is fixed and the straight body part is opened/closed through a fulcrum axis 8. The first invention is a structure characterized in that the bottom part and the straight body part are divided, the bottom part is fixed and the straight body part is opened/closed or attached/detached. The second invention is a structure characterized in that the bottom part is fixed and the straight body part is fell down and opened/closed making a horizontal fulcrum axis as a center. The third invention is a structure characterized in that the bottom part is fixed and the straight body part is horizontally rotated and opened/closed making a vertical fulcrum axis as a center. The fourth invention is a structure characterized in that the bottom part is fixed and the straight body part is raised and opened/closed.
