PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten waiting time when there are two or more users at the same time in a coin charging type rice polishing facility. SOLUTION: This rice polishing facility is driven so that raw unpolished rice or unhulled rice charged into a raw material supply section is subjected to rice polishing treatment and is taken out to a polished rice takeout section on condition that a coin is charged. A plurality of raw material supply sections are set to a single polishing machine and rice polishing treatment is sequentially performed after receiving the unpolished rice or unhulled rice from a plurality of raw material supply sections. A means for receiving the unpolished rice or unhulled rice from another raw material supplying section and keeping it until rice polishing treatment of the unpolished rice or unhulled rice that is previously received is completed, is provided at a path running from raw material supply tanks 5a, 5b to the polishing machine 9.
