<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photodiode light receiving circuit which has less number of components and is simple. <P>SOLUTION: The photodiode light receiving circuit generates an output voltage based on a differential between a signal generated at the anode of a photodiode and a signal generated at the cathode of the photodiode. The circuit has a current/voltage conversion amplifier, whose inversion input terminal is connected to the cathode of the photodiode and to one end of a first resistance, noninversion input terminal is connected to the anode of the photodiode, and output terminal is connected to the other end of the first resistance and to an output voltage end. The circuit also includes a second resistance, whose one end is connected to the noninversion terminal of the amplifier and the other end is connected to a common potential point. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
