PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To temporarily register a received and stored encrypted PDL data portion into a printer in such a state that the PDL portion cannot be decrypted when unable to acquire private key information even if an operator transits a print job to a releasable state.

SOLUTION: A secure job generation part 103 separates the print job generated by a driver part 102 into the PDL data portion entered with secret information and an attribute portion entered with additional information, encrypts the separated PDL data portion on the basis of received user's public key information, and encrypts the separated attribute portion on the basis of received public key information of a device to generate a secure job.
