PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase and induced type nitrogen monoxidesynthase, having less toxicity and adverse effects, and useful for the prevention, treatment and relaxation of inflammatory diseases and immunogenic diseases, and an inhibitory beverage or food of the cyclooxygenase and induced type nitrogen monoxidesynthase.

SOLUTION: The inhibitor of the cyclooxygenase and induced type nitrogen monoxidesynthase is provided by containing an aronia extract as an active ingredient. The inhibitory beverage and food of the cyclooxygenase and induced type nitrogen monoxidesynthase is obtained by adding the aronia extract.
