PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform mutual authentication and paring of wireless communication devices without requiring a difficult operation, and to perform communication using a wireless communication device with high security. SOLUTION: Upon finding a client device 2 within a predetermined distance from a host device 1 by performing short range wireless communication, the host device 1 creates an authentication code, sets the access right for that authentication code and stores the access right in association with the authentication code, and then transmits the authentication code thus created to the client device 2 where the authentication code is stored. Consequently, the host device 1 and the client device 2 can be paired without requiring a difficult operation of a user and high security wireless communication system and service configured by setting an authentication code and the access right can be provided for the user.
