PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape sensing lens meter with a means for calculating thickness of tested lens and longitudinal dimension curvature radius added, which enables prescription of more suitable glasses by obtaining more detailed lens data from the index comprising optical information based on refractive index and geometry information (thickness, longitudinal dimension curvature radius) on each measuring point of the lens. SOLUTION: Through a conventional single light source, a plurality of luminescent optical systems are added to a luminescent optical system of the lens meter only for measuring rear refractive power of the tested lens. By simultaneously working out euphotic detection values from each optical systems, thickness and rate of longitudinal dimension curvature radius as well as refractive power are computed to be displayed on screen in numerical, graphic or section form.
