<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back door hinge structure for a vehicle packing case, which improves the appearance of a back door hinge, and enhances the strength of a back door against torsion with respect to the packing case. <P>SOLUTION: The back door hinge structure for the vehicle packing case is formed of a body-side coupling member 20 mounted on a side wall rear edge of the vehicle packing case over the entire height from an upper end to a lower end of the structure, a door-side coupling member 30 mounted on a side edge of the door over the entire height from the upper end to the lower end, an intermediate coupling member 40 arranged between the body-side coupling member 20 and the door-side coupling member 30 over the entire height from the upper end to the lower end, and hinge members 50 attached to the body-side coupling member 20, the door-side coupling member 30, and both side edges of the intermediate members 40. The hinge members 50 each have a vertically penetrating cylinder portion 52, and they are arranged between the body-side coupling member 20 and the intermediate coupling member 40, and between the door-side coupling member 30 and the intermediate coupling member 40 in a vertically alternately inverted manner such that the cylinder members 50 are aligned with each other.
