PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation hardening resin composition having excellent transparency, storage stability and the like. SOLUTION: One hundred parts by weight (pts. wt.) of silica particles are treated with≥20 pts.wt. of a silane coupling agent at a temperature of≥70°C to prepare silane-treated silica particles. Then, the treated particles are mixed with a monomer bearing a radiation hardening group and/or an oligomer thereof to provide the radiation hardening resin composition. This resin composition includes largely decreased residue of unreacting silane coupling agent and shows high transparency and storage stability. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
