PRODUCING METHOD OF SEMICONDUCTOR NANOPARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add to a semiconductor nanoparticle a surface treating material giving at least one of electron donating groups, to accelerate a reaction to arrange the electron donating groups on a core surface of the semiconductor nanoparticle, and to sharply shorten a time and a period required to the reaction. SOLUTION: A producing method of the semiconductor nanoparticle having luminescent characteristics, whose reaction time is shortened by irradiation of light when the surface of the semiconductor nanoparticle is modified.
