<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reception system which performs personal identification on the basis of the caller number of a telephone, accepts various applications from a terminal such as a separate personal computer through a Web page or the like, enhances safety against the unauthorized use of a telephone, and commonly applies an authentication service by a neutral third person to a plurality of service providers who accept various applications. <P>SOLUTION: This reception system is provided with a reception auxiliary server for: responding to an incoming call from a telephone which a user uses; receiving a password preliminarily set between the auxiliary server and a communication agent for each telephone and service numbers to identify various application services; performing personal identification by using the caller number of the telephone and the password; and notifying a reception processing server corresponding to the service number of the authentication result and the caller number. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
