PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding machine which can surely move a movable mold for forming a dent at prescribed timing forward/backward in a molding space without installing a special driving means. SOLUTION: The movable mold 9 for forming the dent B in the direction crossing the opening/closing direction of molds 1 and 3 is pressed/fixed to the inside of the molding space 7 by the closing actions of the molds 1 and 3.
