PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 90°phase shifter capable of reducing a higher harmonic wave component included in an output signal. SOLUTION: The 90°phase shifter has signal input transistors Q1, Q2 constituting a differential pair, and signal input transistors Q7, Q8 constituting a differential pair. The 90°phase shifter is provided with a voltage-current converter 101 which converts a CLK voltage signal to a current signal, and a latch 201 for generating an I signal and a Q signal, whose phases mutually differ by 90°by using the current signal outputted from the voltage-current converter 101. The voltage-current converter 101 has transistors Q1a, Q2a, Q7a, and Q8a which are respectively Darlington-connected to the signal input transistors Q1, Q2, Q7, and Q8. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
