PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device having a structure contributing to improvement of the exterior appearance without largely interfering the degree of freedom and addition of any special part. SOLUTION: In the portable terminal having a case on which a through hole for attaching a strap is formed, a screw hole is provided on the wall surface of the through hole, and a screw head fastened with the screw hole is positioned in the through hole.
