PURCHASER CARD ISSUING SYSTEM AND COMMODITY AUTOMATIC SELLING SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purchaser card issuing system and a commodity automatic selling system capable of prohibiting issue of a plurality of purchaser cards and regulating the sale of a prohibited commodity.

SOLUTION: The sale of the commodity is limited by preparing a purchaser card issuing terminal for issuing a card only when a purchaser card issuing propriety determination part determines the match with a previously registered issuable condition from attribute information of an ID card read in a terminal side attribute information reading part; an automatic vending machine having a selling machine side attribute information reading part for reading the attribute information from the ID card or the purchaser card, and a salability determination part for determining the commodity salability from the attribute information read in the selling machine side attribute information reading part; and a purchaser card information registration server having a server side information transmission/reception part, an information registration part for registering the information about the purchaser card issue transmitted from the purchaser card issuing terminal and the information about selling-disapproval transmitted to the automatic vending machine, and an information presence determination part for determining whether or not the information about the purchaser card issue is already present in the information registration part.
