PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic operation management apparatus whereby a wrong operation such as erasure of recording contents or the like can be prevented in an ordinary use of a telephone set. SOLUTION: The automatic operation management apparatus for carrying out opening/closing operations of a shop exit and a shop entrance on the basis of a preset schedule and automatic voice response operation or the like for arrived phone calls when the shop is closed linked with a crime-prevention alarming apparatus is provided with a voice storage section 34 for recording a voice message used for the automatic voice response operation and is set so as to be able to record voice only when a crime-prevention switching means switches the crime-prevention alarming apparatus in an active state.
