PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high reliability package for storing a piezoelectric vibrator, capable of reducing a mounting area to an external electric circuit substrate, even when storing two piezoelectric vibrators, and also, capable of stably vibrating the piezoelectric vibrator stored inside, and to provide a piezoelectric device. SOLUTION: The package for storing a piezoelectric vibrator is provided with a first insulating substrate 1 which has a first recessed part 6 for storing a first piezoelectric vibrator 2, a second insulating substrate 21 which has a second recessed part 26 for storing a second piezoelectric vibrator 22, a first electrode pad 3 to which the electrode of the first piezoelectric vibrator 2 is connected, a second electrode pad 23 to which the electrode of the second piezoelectric vibrator 22 is connected, and wiring conductors 4, 24.
