PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory management device for reducing the memory usage of a table for accessing a control parameter. SOLUTION: In an access information retrieval table 30, a first identification number imparted to control information stored in a non-volatile memory, the classification of the control information and access information to the control information are stored so as to be associated with each other. When the identification number is designated, the classification is acquired from the access information retrieval table 30, and when the classification is a non-volatile memory, a second identification number is acquired from the access information retrieval table 30. Then, on the basis of the second identification information number, an offset address corresponding to the second identification number is acquired from an address table in which the information of the offset address for acquiring the address stored with the corresponding control parameter is stored, an actual address is calculated, and the control information stored in the actual address is accessed.
