PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor-machine depot for an air conditioning having an excellent appearance in spite of a simple structure, being capable of realizing a miniaturization, excellently maintaining the efficiency of the heat exchange of an outdoor machine and having even a superior maintainability. SOLUTION: The outdoor-machine depot 1 has a supporting member 3 installed so as to be projected to the outside of a building outer wall 2, and a grating material 4 with a large number of openings for a ventilation mounted on the supporting member 3. The outdoor-machine depot 1 further has a wall member 5 with a plurality of the openings 30, 30 and the like disposed in upright around the grating material 4.
